2. Data we process

• Account data: email, display name, password hash
• Device and session data for sign-in
• Circle memberships and roles
• Location and chat content as ciphertext (end-to-end; the server does not store plaintext coordinates or messages)
• Technical logs (e.g. errors, rate limits) without message content

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Contract performance / app use (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Location sharing and push only with consent; revocable in the app (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
• Security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

4. Sharing

No sharing for advertising. Hosting and infrastructure only with processors under a DPA where required.

5. Retention

Account data until account deletion. Ciphertext and related metadata per product logic or after account deletion. Logs only as long as needed for operations and security.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Export and account deletion are provided in the app.

7. Website

This marketing site does not use tracking cookies. Short-lived technical server logs (IP, time, user agent) may occur.
